UCONS is a national leader in the development and implementation of residential conservation programs focusing upon under-served sectors, especially renters and mobile home customers. In the past 20 years, UCONS has provided direct install energy efficiency programs to over 300,000 renters and mobile home customers in California, Texas, Utah, Washington and Oregon (more than other residential contractors and power utilities). As an executive board member and co-chair of residential programs for NAESCO (National Association of Energy Service Companies) Mr. Eckhart and UCONS have been an active voice in the advancement of residential program nationally and in the development of appropriate M&V programs for measuring performance in residential sectors.

-Evaluate current utility expenses (for electricity, gas, oil, water, garbage, phone).

-Implement (upon property management and owner approval) alternative utility services.

Customer Service Management

-UCONS will do all the paperwork and research.
